Zero gently caught the hand that had been reaching for his face. He gave this poor mech an encouraging smile, and thanked every deity he'd ever heard of for giving him the foresight to study a bit of medicine. He just hoped it'd be enough to keep this guy from dying again.

"Well, you're not now, so let's make sure that doesn't change again, hm? Can you tell me your name?"

Zero got Wing settled on the ground, giving his hand a last squeeze and then pressed it lightly to Wing's torso. He pulled his medical supplies from subspace and set them out, picking up tools to get to work. He started first with making sure Wing was stable. Dampening the pain would be pointless if Wing was already dying on him again.
