On his own he might have, if he had to, but he always felt like a grave robber when he came to abandoned places and moved into what used to be someone else's home. He'd done so many times now, but the feeling never changed.
Though...he guessed he technically was a grave robber now, quite literally. Though he's sure Wing doesn't have an issue with that, considering Wing was the one robbed from the grave.
